What’s New in the Steal an Egg Halloween Update?
The Halloween Dimension adds three areas: Graveyard, Haunted Swamp, and Abandoned Manor. You can explore event quests, collect Candy Corn, fish with the Haunted Rod, catch ghosts, and unlock rewards.
Start with Echo’s memory quest. It leads to the Haunted Rod and the separate Phantom Express ticket challenge. The train takes you to the ghost area, where you can collect Souls for Spectral Mutation.
Best order to explore
Farm Candy Corn during these activities so you can also save for event shop rewards.
Halloween Part 2 and the Manor Door
The Part 2 announcement points to a sealed portal beyond the Abandoned Manor gates. Read the current prompt at the manor before looking for an unlock item. The announcement alone does not confirm a boss reward, entry fee, or quest requirement.

Go to the main spawn and find the Halloween portal beside the Trails Shop. Use the entry prompt to reach the event map. If entry is blocked, read the requirement shown in your game instead of guessing.
Echo’s House
Start the memory quest near the orange witch hat and cauldron.
Phantom Express
Find the station and check boarding after getting the ticket.
Abandoned Manor
Search nearby for Echo’s photograph and inspect the sealed gate.
How to Complete Echo’s Quest
From the Halloween spawn, head diagonally left. Find the house with an orange witch hat, nearby tombs, and a cauldron. Speak to the glowing ghost dog to start Echo’s Memories.

How to Get the Haunted Rod and Phantom Express Ticket
After returning Echo’s memories, speak to the Ghost Fisherman. Follow the dialogue to claim the Haunted Rod. The rod and ticket are separate rewards, so collecting the rod does not automatically unlock the train.

How to Ride the Phantom Express
Head to the station with your ticket. Published event instructions list train arrivals on the hour and half hour. Arrive early and check the boarding prompt when the train appears.
The train takes you to the ghost area. Use the ghost-catching equipment there to collect Souls for the mutation exchange.
How to Earn Candy Corn Faster
Pick activities you can finish consistently. A difficult monster or long egg run may earn less if you keep failing.
Return Stolen Eggs
Good when you can reach safety reliably and want to keep the pet.
Fight Halloween Monsters
Choose nearby targets you can defeat without long fights.
Join Pumpkin Collection
Make repeated deliveries while the event is active.
Fish With the Haunted Rod
Use this method after unlocking the rod and learning the fishing loop.
Compare your Candy Corn earnings
Record your balance, play one activity for five minutes, and check the difference. Repeat with another activity under similar conditions. Include waiting time and failed runs so your comparison is useful.

How to Get and Use Spectral Mutation
Start in the ghost area reached through the Phantom Express. Collect the Ghost Vacuum or the equipment shown in your game, then catch ghosts to earn Souls.
Application chance
Community guides report 25%. Four attempts would still not guarantee success if that rate applies.
Soul cost and multiplier
Guides disagree on the cost, reporting 500 or 1,000 Souls. A 2.75 times income multiplier is also community-reported. Check both values in your game.
Buying the consumable and successfully applying it are separate steps. Review the target egg and current price before using your Souls.
